November 2020 Road Safety dashboard

In November 2020, 191 people were killed on French roads, in France mainland or in French overseas territories.

In the context of the health crisis at Covid19, a second containment was put in place from 30 October 2020.

France Mainland

In France Mainland, 170 people died on the roads in November 2020, 87 fewer than in November 2019. The estimated number of fatalities is lower than last year for car users (84 killed or 63 less) and pedestrians (26 killed or 26 less).
The number of cyclists (15 killed) and motorized two-wheelers users (37 killed) fatalities is stable.

Overseas

In French Overseas, road fatalities in November 2020 are lower than last year, with 21 people killed.
