Evaluation of the measures

This chapter covers evaluations before and after the implementation of measures. The objective of "before" evaluations is to define the expected consequences of the implementation of a particular mechanism to prioritize, arbitrate and justify public action. Once implementation has been completed, a follow-up of the actual impacts obtained must be carried out, in order to verify their effectiveness and, if necessary, improve their implementation and future decision-making.
