Road traffic accidents are the consequence of a malfunction of the environment-vehicle-user system. In other words, the accident occurs when either the user, the vehicle, the road or its environment has a disruptive element that cannot be caught up, or the three parts of this system have not worked together in a compatible way. More than 90% of accidents are generated by a user-related dysfunction, whether it is a human failure related to the complexity of the task, or a deliberate refusal to comply with the rules.
