13th Road Safety Performance Index Conference
The 13th Annual Conference on the Effectiveness of Road Safety Policies will be held in Brussels, Belgium on 19 June 2019. Organised by the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC), the conference will present the latest road safety figures and also the actions needed to improve road safety. The High Representative of the best performing country will be awarded the PIN (Road Safety Performance Index) prize for his achievements in road safety.
During this 13th conference, in addition to the latest road safety figures presented, the ETSC will present the results of the two reports on reducing speed on European roads and improving road safety in urban areas. The European Transport Safety Council will invite high-level experts for two thematic debates. National road safety experts, senior officials and politicians from across Europe will attend the PIN (Road Safety Performance Index) conference to discuss ways to improve road safety in the European Union.
