International Road Safety Conference
The Presidency of the Council of the European Union, held by the Prime Minister of Romania, the Ministry of Transport of Romania and the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC), is organising an international conference on road safety on 20 and 21 March 2019.
The two-day event will be an opportunity to hear from representatives of the European Commission, international experts, national authorities, private companies, Romanian and foreign NGOs.
The objective of the conference is to exchange good practices and experiences in order to promote and accelerate the implementation of effective solutions in various areas of road safety. These include digitisation and innovation, reduction of the number of seriously injured people, speed and infrastructure security.
